Abstract
Chronic Recurrent Multifocal Osteomyelitis (CRMO) is an autoinflammatory disorder that affects the bones. Its main clinical manifestation is bone pain, with fever being an uncommon sign. Diagnosis is by exclusion after ruling out infectious and neoplastic causes, among others. The following case is presented due to the unusual onset of this pathology as as a febrile syndrome of unknown origin with absence of bone pain.
